A luxury hotel resort in Como, Italy is seeking a Kitchen Office Executive to ensure high standards in kitchen operations, manage food costs and staff orders, and assist in maintaining food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a hospitality qualification and at least 2 years of experience in the field. This full-time position offers an opportunity to be part of an upscale hospitality environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 2-years working experience in the related field.

Mansioni

• Maintain a high standard of specified work.
• Manage the Staff Canteen’s orders and kitchen food costs.
• Ensure adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety policies.

HACCP certificate
