Job summary

Qualifications

• Academic degree or current studies in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Previous HR or hospitality internship is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and maintain confidential employee records.
• Assist onboarding, offboarding and HR documentation.
• Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and organize recruitment activities.
• Support internal HR projects and employee engagement initiatives.
• Promote excellence, grooming standards and internal communications.
