Bulgari Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Human Resources professional to assist management and leadership with HR issues. You will support hiring processes, conduct background checks, drug screens, and reference checks, and maintain employee records within HRIS.

You’ll assist with payroll records and onboarding of new employees, ensuring policy compliance and accurate documentation. You will also coordinate orientations, generate HR data reports, and promote positive relations within the team,

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Mansioni
