Job summary

Cheval Blanc in Sardinia seeks a Housekeeping Manager for Hotel Pitrizza. You will lead the housekeeping department, drive impeccable room presentation, and uphold the Maison's standards to deliver an elevated guest experience throughout the season.

You will manage daily operations, inspections and interdepartmental collaboration, while mentoring a seasonal team and maintaining strict cost controls. Fluent in Italian and English required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a housekeeping management role, ideally in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach a seasonal team.
• Excellent attention to detail and guest-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations ensuring rooms, suites and areas meet luxury standards.
• Lead rigorous room quality inspections; address discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations and Engineering for seamless operations.
• Monitor supplies, equipment and par stock; optimize resource use.
• Onboard and supervise seasonal Ambassadors and supervise daily activities.
