Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, Portofino, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold exceptional service quality for guests and colleagues. The role centers on supervising room cleaning, overseeing daily workflows and ensuring strict adherence to luxury standards in a 5-star setting.

You will collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance, train the team and manage linen/inventory while guiding staff toward high performance and flawless guest experiences.

Competenze

• 1–2 years in a similar supervisor or senior room attendant role.
• Experience in 5-star luxury hotels or resorts.
• In-depth knowledge of international luxury standards and LQA familiarity.
• Excellent Italian and English language skills; another foreign language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Supervise guest rooms, arrivals, occupancies and departures to meet LQA standards.
• Coordinate daily workflow and optimize room release times, prioritizing VIP arrivals.
• Communicate with Front Office and Maintenance to report and resolve issues quickly.
• Provide orientation and ongoing training to staff to maintain high motivation and efficiency.
• Oversee linen, uniform and amenity inventory, with periodic stock checks.
