Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Milan is offering a 6-month Housekeeping Intern position based in Milan, starting February 2027. The role provides exposure to luxury hospitality standards, guest request handling, and delivery of high-quality service in a prestigious environment.

Interim interns will gain hands-on experience, receive training and development opportunities, and work within a renowned luxury brand. Candidates must have legal right to work in Italy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Italian and English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• As a Housekeeping Intern you will gain knowledge about housekeeping policies and procedures and learn how to address different types of guests' requests.
• You will be exposed to a luxury environment and learn how to handle guest requests and service needs, welcome guests, and maintain room servicing standards.
