Four Seasons Hotel Milan invites applications for a 6-month SPA internship in our renowned hospitality team. You will greet guests, assist with spa bookings, and learn treatment etiquette while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences.
• Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and multitasking.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and assist with spa bookings and inquiries.
• Answer phone calls, assist guests with questions about spa treatments and products; book appointments and check guests in.
• Describe Spa Treatment Menu and make recommendations to guests.
