Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Milan is offering a 6-month Housekeeping Intern position based in Milan, starting February 2027. The role provides exposure to luxury hospitality standards, guest request handling, and delivery of high-quality service in a prestigious environment.

Interim interns will gain hands-on experience, receive training and development opportunities, and work within a renowned luxury brand. Candidates must have legal right to work in Italy.

Responsibilities

• You will be exposed to a luxury environment and learn how to handle guest requests and service needs, welcome guests, and maintain room servicing standards.

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Milan is currently looking for candidates interested in a 6-month intern7hip opportunity within the Housekeeping Department.

As a Housekeeping Intern you will

• Gain valuable knowledge about housekeeping policies and procedures, learn about how to address different types of guests' requests, assist housekeeping teams with delivering the highest levels of service excellence.
• You will be exposed to a luxury environment and learn how to deal with different guest requests and guest room servicing needs , welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and procedures.

What you bring

• Service passion about delivering true genuine guest experiences
• Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and multitasking approach
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian and English language
