The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Venice. This is a permanent, full-time role within Marriott International’s Luxury Collection portfolio, offering an opportunity to maintain the hotel's renowned standards of elegance and service.

You will lead daily housekeeping operations, coordinate closely with other departments,train staff, and ensure safety and quality across guest rooms and public areas.

Competenze

• Legal right to work in Italy (full time)
• Intermediate Italian and English proficiency
• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience in luxury hospitality
• Understanding of luxury room operations and guest service standards

Mansioni

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Assist management in training, scheduling, and supervising staff.
• Communicate assignment changes and issues to shifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect hotel assets.
• Support team to achieve common goals and uphold brand standards.
