Responsibilities

• Clean assigned rooms thoroughly, replenish linen and guest supplies.
• Clean and store all equipment properly.
• Maintain order in offices on each floor with linen and towels arranged.
• Address busy public areas such as elevators, toilets, lobby, and restaurant.
• Check and control meetings and events, and fulfill weekly and yearly cleaning plans.
• Manage laundry: collect dirty uniforms, issue clean uniforms, document laundry flows, and track inventory.
• Turn down rooms, set up amenities, and respond to guest requests politely.
• Report damages to housekeeping supervisors and follow up on actions.
• Turn over lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper or manager on duty.
• Attend duty punctually, wear proper uniform, and follow fire and safety procedures.
