Reschio is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead hotel operations during shifts, ensuring exemplary guest service and seamless coordination across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and Concierge teams.

You will handle sensitive guest matters, follow up on feedback, and protect the standards of Reschio with tact and discretion. Strong leadership and bilingual communication are essential for success in this role.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager or comparable operational role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day operations during assigned shifts to maintain service standards across departments.
• Handle guest matters with discretion and resolve issues promptly to protect the guest experience.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and communicate daily priorities, arrivals, departures and guest special requests for smooth handovers.
