Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Trieste, Italy is seeking a Marketing & Communication Intern to support the team in boosting the hotel’s brand visibility and guest engagement. You will gain hands-on experience across marketing and communication activities, contributing to content creation, service promotion, and impactful campaigns aligned with Minor Hotels’ standards.

The role offers hands-on exposure to luxury hospitality and marketing projects, with opportunities to learn from professionals

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or Master’s in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• Strong interest in social media, branding, advertising, luxury hospitality, and communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian (C2) and English (B2-C1).
• Proactive, creative, well-organized with initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office and other digital productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Support management of social media channels, content creation, publishing, community engagement and performance monitoring.
• Assist in developing marketing and communication materials including social media content, newsletters, press releases and campaigns.
• Support PR activities by collaborating with media contacts, influencers and external agencies to enhance brand visibility.
• Contribute to planning and execution of events, partnerships and marketing initiatives to create engaging brand experiences.
• Assist with branding and creative projects while supporting reporting through performance tracking and market analysis.
