Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Marketing & Communication Intern in Florence, Italy to support the hotel’s brand visibility and guest engagement. You will gain hands-on experience across marketing activities, content creation, newsletters, press releases, and promotional campaigns in line with brand standards.

You will assist with social media, events, partnerships, and branding projects, while developing skills in reporting and market analysis under the guidance of the

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• A strong interest in social media, branding, advertising, luxury hospitality, and communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (C2) and English (B2-C1).
• Proactive, creative, and well-organized with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of social media channels, contributing to content creation, publishing activities, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
• Assist in the development of marketing and communication materials, including social media content, newsletters, press releases, and promotional campaigns.
• Support PR activities by collaborating with media contacts, influencers, and external agencies to enhance brand visibility
• Contribute to the planning and execution of events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives, helping to create engaging brand experiences.
• Assist with branding and creative projects, while supporting reporting activities through performance tracking and market analysis.
