Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a Marketing & Communication Intern to support the marketing team in Italy’s Tuscany region. You will help enhance brand visibility, guest engagement, and create compelling content aligned with brand standards.

You will gain hands-on experience across social media, communications materials, PR collaboration, and events planning, while contributing to campaigns and market analysis. A monthly €500 allowance and meal vouchers accompany the internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree or Master in Marketing/Communication/Digital Media or related field.
• Strong interest in social media, branding, advertising, luxury hospitality, and communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian (C2) and English (B2-C1).
• Proactive, creative, organized with initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Canva, Microsoft Office, and other digital productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Support social media management including content creation, publishing, community engagement and performance monitoring.
• Assist in developing marketing and communication materials (social content, newsletters, press releases, campaigns).
• Support PR activities with media contacts, influencers, and agencies to boost brand visibility.
• Aid planning and execution of events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives to create engaging brand experiences.
• Assist branding and creative projects and support reporting through performance tracking and market analysis.
