Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Italy is offering a Marketing & Communications Intern position to support the team in elevating the brand, guest engagement, and campaigns across channels. You will gain hands-on experience creating content, promoting hotel services, and delivering campaigns in line with Minor Hotels’ standards.

The role focuses on social media, content development, PR collaboration, events, branding, and reporting.

Qualifications

Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
Strong interest in social media, branding, advertising, luxury hospitality, and communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian (C2) and English (B2-C1).
Proactive, creative, and well-organized with strong initiative and problem solving.
Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital productivity tools.

Responsibilities

Support social media management: content creation, publishing, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
Assist development of marketing materials: social content, newsletters, press releases, and campaigns.
Support PR activities with media contacts, influencers, and agencies to boost visibility.
Contribute to planning and execution of events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
Assist branding and creative projects; support reporting through performance tracking and market analysis.
