Job summary

Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, part of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, offers a Marketing & Communication Internship to support brand visibility and guest engagement across luxury hospitality markets in Europe and beyond.

You will help create compelling content, assist with campaigns, and collaborate with PR teams to enhance media presence while learning from seasoned professionals in a global hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or Master’s in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian (C2) and English (B2-C1).
• Strong interest in social media, branding, advertising, luxury hospitality, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support management of social media channels, content creation, publishing, community engagement, and performance monitoring.
• Assist in development of marketing materials including social media content, newsletters, press releases, and campaigns.
• Support PR activities by collaborating with media contacts, influencers, and external agencies to enhance brand visibility.
• Contribute to planning and execution of events, partnerships, and marketing initiatives to create engaging brand experiences.
• Assist branding and creative projects and support reporting with performance tracking and market analysis.

What will your mission be?

As a Marketing & Communication Intern, you will support the Marketing & Communication team in enhancing the hotel's brand visibility and guest engagement. You will gain hands‑on experience across a range of marketing and communication activities, contributing to the creation of compelling content, the promotion of hotel services, and the delivery of impactful campaigns in line with Minor Hotels’ brand standards and business objectives.
