Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a passionate and service-driven Guest Experience Manager to lead the Guest Experience Team, creating personalized and memorable stays that reflect the Four Seasons luxury standard.

This full-time maternity cover position (12 months minimum) requires leadership, a strong guest-centric approach, and collaboration across departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Competenze

• Experience leading guest experience teams in luxury hotels.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality operations and standards.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional language is a bonus.

Mansioni

• Lead, motivate, and coordinate the Guest Experience Team to deliver service excellence.
• Ensure local and Four Seasons policies are followed.
• Oversee guest recognition, profiles, and preferences with accuracy.
• Use Front Desk systems to maintain guest histories and loyalty.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, room assignments, amenities with Front Office and related teams.
• Conduct regular VIP room inspections for quality and presentation.
• Build relationships with guests and act on feedback.
