Mandarin Oriental, Rome is seeking a Personal Assistant to the General Manager based at the Rome property. You will provide high‑level administrative support, manage calendars, travel, and prepare reports and presentations, acting as a trusted liaison across departments.

You will oversee the display gallery and boutique operations, coordinate seasonal decor, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Quality, Rooms Division and F&B to ensure seamless project delivery while upholding the group’s

Competenze

• Experience in luxury hospitality or strong administrative background.
• Fluency in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager: calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and drafting of documents.
• Assist the General Manager with the preparation and follow‑up of strategic projects and initiatives.
• Oversee the hotel's display showcases commercial development and rental management, including payment follow‑up with the Finance Department.
• Manage the hotel gallery: sourcing and onboarding artists, organizing exhibitions, and ensuring the commercial success of the space.
• Coordinate and manage the hotel boutique during key seasonal periods: decoration, setup, and product selection.
• Collaborate on cross‑departmental projects involving Sales, Marketing, Quality, Rooms Division, and Food & Beverage teams.
• Act as a point of contact between the General Manager and other departments to ensure seamless internal communication and project alignment.
