Competenze

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years' experience in guest services or front desk.
• Or a 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 5 years' experience.

Mansioni

• Manages day-to-day front desk operations and guest services to meet quality standards.
• Supervises Bell/Door staff, Reservations, Switchboard and Guest Services/Front Desk.
• Ensures efficient check-in/check-out processes and maximizes department performance.

Formazione
