Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Milan, is recruiting a F&B Support expert/Commis de rang to join the team. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, you will cover tasks across all outlets and contribute to memorable dining experiences for guests.

This full‑time role requires passion for luxury hospitality, good Italian and English, and a proactive, service‑minded attitude. October start is anticipated.

• Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.

• At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
• A safety‑first approach and dependability.

Mansioni

• Serve food and beverage items to guests.
• Ensure authentic and efficient service and check guest satisfaction.
• Support the outlet setup and readiness for each service period.
• Prepare and restock outlet inventory.
• Clean tables, close duties and replenish supplies.
• Inspect china, glass and silver for presentation.
• Follow SOPs and brand identity guidelines; maintain hygiene standards.
