COREcruitment Ltd invites an experienced F&B Service Specialist to deliver an exclusive, high-touch dining experience within a premium guest environment. This role blends the precision of fine dining with the courtesy of luxury hospitality.

The primary liaison for distinguished guests, you will anticipate needs, ensure impeccable service, and uphold the highest standards of presentation and operation in a luxury setting in the Greater Milan Metropolitan Area, Italy.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in high-end hospitality, VIP or concierge service preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Polished appearance and luxury service standards.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Mansioni

Greet and assist high-profile guests with warmth and efficiency on arrival and departure.
Provide bespoke, discreet service aligned with guest preferences.
Maintain knowledge of premium services and terminal offerings.
Prepare and present food and beverages with elegance and precision.
Ensure hygiene and presentation of dining offerings.
Collaborate with operations, housekeeping, and guest relations for a seamless experience.
Document and relay guest feedback to supervisors for improvement.
