Four Seasons Milano, a luxury hotel, is seeking a Commis de Rang to deliver exceptional service in the restaurant. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will assist the Chef de Rang, serve courses, and ensure guest satisfaction in a sophisticated setting.

Ideal candidates have food service experience in luxury establishments, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication in English and Italian. A fixed-term contract with flexible shifts, including weekends, is offered.

Competenze

• Experience in luxury hotels or fine dining is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.
• Must have the legal right to work in Italy.

Mansioni

• Serve food and assist the Chef de Rang.
• Set up and clear tables, attend to guest needs and requests.
• Maintain hygiene standards and uphold HACCP guidelines.
