Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is seeking an F&B Support expert/Commis de rang. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role covers tasks across our four outlets, with a full-time schedule and October start.

You’ll be part of a luxury hotel near Teatro alla Scala, delivering memorable service and growth opportunities within the Marriott network. A passion for food and drink, and a guest-centered attitude, will help you thrive.

Competenze

• Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
• Warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
• At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
• A safety-first approach.
• Positive outlook and dependability; previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Serve food and beverage items to guests.
• Ensure authentic and efficient service, and check guest satisfaction with dining experience.
• Support the team to ensure the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
• Prepare and restock outlet inventory.
• Clean tables, complete closing duties and restock tableware and other supplies.
• Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver prior to use.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
