Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan is seeking an F&B Service expert / Chef de rang to join our luxury team. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, you will cover service across all outlets with a focus on guest experience.

Take orders, upsell, ensure authentic, efficient service, and maintain brand standards. Italian and English proficiency is required; prior similar-role experience is an advantage. This full-time position offers local career growth within Marriott International.

Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting F&B Service expert /Chef de rang. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our four outlets.

• This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
• The starting date is estimated in September

What You’ll Do

• Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.
• Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
• Order and restock outlet inventory.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
