Grand Hotel Timeo, a Belmond Hotel, in Taormina invites a Guest Relations Agent to tailor stays and anticipate guest needs. You will welcome VIPs, manage pre-arrival planning, and coordinate bespoke experiences with department heads.

Bring at least 2 years in luxury hospitality, fluent Italian and English, and a warm, proactive approach. Working in a luxury setting with CRM/PMS systems you'll elevate guest satisfaction daily.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Concierge, or Front Office in luxury hospitality.
• Natural empathy, warmth, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review daily arrival lists to identify VIPs, repeat guests, special celebrations, and specific guest preferences.
• Contact guests prior to arrival to assist with pre-stay planning and tailored itinerary curation.
• Welcome VIP guests personally, conducting in-room check-ins and tailored property introductions.
• Act as the dedicated point of contact during stays, resolving feedback and special requests with speed and empathy.
• Coordinate bespoke guest amenities, celebratory gifts, and farewell touches with department heads.
