The role requires experience in luxury hotels, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of English. You will maintain hygiene standards and handle guest concerns to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Restaurant Manager and F&B Supervisor by coordinating the work of the rank.
• Ensure proper setup of the restaurant as per company standards.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure excellent service and exceptional attention to guests.
• Maintain hygienic and sanitary standards per regulations.
