Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel, Costa Smeralda, Sardinia, seeks a skilled Chef de Rang to deliver luxury service in a renowned setting. You will greet guests, present menus, and guide beverage and food selections with elegance.

The ideal candidate will have high-end restaurant or luxury hotel experience, strong communication, attention to detail and a passion for hospitality, with fluency in English. This full-time role is based in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Italy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Rang or in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel.
• Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage service, including fine dining etiquette.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a refined demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Impeccable presentation and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and seat guests, present menus, and recommend food and beverages.
• Engage with guests to deliver memorable restaurant experiences.
• Serve food and beverages with elegance, following service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and potential allergens.
• Assist with restaurant setup, mise-en-place and floor service.
• Uphold Belmond standards, policies and safety/hygiene directions.
