Moncler in Milan is seeking an IT Digital & Commercial Applications Intern to join the Worldwide Information Technology Team at our Global HQ. This full-time, 6-month internship offers hands-on experience where Technology, Digital and Commercial Operations come together.

You will collaborate with IT and Business teams on Digital, In Store and Wholesale applications, support PM activities, gather requirements and assist in testing, while helping the day-to-day operations of B2C and B2B platforms.

Competenze

• Master/Bachelor degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems or similar fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Mansioni

• Contribute to the design and delivery of IT projects across Digital, eCommerce and Showroom operations.
• Support project management activities, including meeting organization, progress monitoring, action follow-up, and documentation.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, identify improvements, and support functional testing.
• Support day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of B2C and B2B digital platforms.
• Assist in monitoring incidents, service requests and operational tickets.
• During B2B sales campaigns, support Showroom operations and user onboarding.
