The Digital Concierge at Four Seasons Hotel Venice serves as the digital front line of guest engagement, delivering seamless, personalized service across email, live chat, and the Four Seasons App. You will coordinate reservations and experiences through the resort’s digital ecosystem, ensuring timely, accurate responses with anticipatory service.

• Experience in guest services, reservations, concierge or customer support.
• Fluent in English and Italian; written and verbal communication.
• Strong digital literacy with hotel systems and mobile apps.

• Handle guest inquiries via email, live chat, and app channels with prompt, personalized responses.
• Coordinate dining, spa, transportation, and experiences through digital systems.
• Log guest requests and preferences for personalized service across departments.
