Four Seasons Hotel Danieli in Venice seeks a Digital Concierge to be the virtual front line of guest engagement, delivering seamless, personalized service through digital channels. This role is essential to anticipatory luxury service, combining warmth, human connection, and technology.

You will manage guest inquiries via email, live chat, and the Four Seasons App, coordinate reservations, and collaborate with Concierge, Front Desk, Housekeeping, Spa, and F&B teams to ensure seamless execution

Competenze

Experience in guest services, concierge, or luxury hospitality preferred.
Excellent written communication across digital channels.
Proficient with hotel systems, CRM, apps, and real-time messaging tools.

Mansioni

Manage guest inquiries via email, live chat, and other digital platforms with prompt, personalized responses.
Serve as primary contact for guests using the Four Seasons App for bookings and updates.
Coordinate dining, spa, transportation, and activities through digital systems with timely confirmations.
Log guest requests and preferences to support cross-department personalization.
Provide tailored recommendations for on-property experiences and local attractions.
