Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or brand experience preferred.
• Ability to translate brand story into engaging client experiences.
• Excellent clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of KPI-driven sales and data use.

Responsibilities

• Represent Maison Valentino, delivering exceptional client experience from preparation to retention.
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to store sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain existing client relationships and recruit new clients.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate Valentino stories to clients.
• Perform store operations tasks accurately and in line with guidelines.
