Job summary

AMI is seeking a part-time Client Advisor to join the Rinascente Milano boutique on a 6-month fixed-term contract starting 17 November 2026 (to May 2027). You will welcome and assist a diverse client base, build lasting relationships and present AMI collections with expertise, embodying the Maison’s standards.

You will drive sales, develop loyalty through clienteling, and contribute to boutique performance while maintaining an impeccable luxury environment in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in luxury, premium or hospitality.
• Experience in clienteling and building loyalty with demanding clients.
• Fluency in English is essential; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist local and international clients, upholding the Maison's service standards.
• Build relationships by identifying client needs and preferences for personalized service.
• Present collections, highlight craftsmanship and brand universe to drive sales.
• Develop tailored recommendations and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Contribute to boutique targets and monitor performance indicators.
• Ensure a high-quality client experience from greeting to departure.
