Fendi is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver a luxurious experience, promoting FENDI history, craftsmanship, and Italian creativity. The ambassador will lead sales, upsell across categories, and nurture a loyal client base with personalised service.

The role requires 5-7 years in fashion/luxury sales, a degree, and fluent English. You will manage CRM, stock inputs, and uphold brand image with excellent relationships, organization, and professional presence.

Competenze

• 5–7 years’ experience in Fashion/Luxury Sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong selling and communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
• Fluent English.

• Lead individual sales and achieve targets and KPIs.
• Upsell, cross-sell and multi-category selling.
