Fendi is seeking a seasoned Client Development Director Europe to shape and lead an ambitious European strategy. The role integrates CRM, Clienteling, and Private Clients with Retail across Europe, driving acquisition, engagement and loyalty while leveraging Fendi's Roman heritage.

The candidate will manage European teams and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver a distinguished, consistent client experience across stores and digital touchpoints.

Competenze

• 8+ years in Client Development, CRM or Omnichannel, luxury experience preferred.
• Experience leading client strategy across multiple markets and international networks.
• Strong commercial mindset; translate data/insights into growth opportunities.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Define and lead the European Client Development strategy across markets.
• Drive CRM, Clienteling and VIC development while aligning with Retail and HQ.
• Oversee recruitment, development and retention of high-end VICs in Europe.
• Partner with Retail, Omnichannel, Digital, Marketing and HQ to ensure a cohesive client strategy.
