Inside Lvmh in Rome is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to be an ambassador of the Brand, delivering expert clienteling, trusted guidance, and outstanding sales leadership to every Client. You will guide Clients across the Brand journey, uncover their needs, and ensure the best Client Experience, while modeling excellence for the team and driving store objectives.

• Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills, leveraging the different tools available to develop existing and recruit new Clients and build long term Client relationships.
• Proactively Support Team Managers in Driving the Business.
• Assist Management in daily operations to reach operational excellence within the Store: floor management, stock operations, and opening / closing duties.
• Support Managers in developing their teams through training, mentoring, shadowing and tutoring activities.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company’s policies and provide support to Client Advisors when needed.
• Perform as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
