Etro boutique in Roma is seeking a Client Advisor to work part-time (30h). You will deliver high-quality service, understand customer needs, and convey the Etro philosophy and heritage.

Key responsibilities include product knowledge, assisting with the Etro selling ceremony, discussing fashion trends, supporting CRM initiatives, and ensuring visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
• Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
• Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers' attitude.
• Ability to adapt to different customers.
• Team-playing attitude; to work in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, with strong knowledge of Etro history and heritage.
• Assist customers with Etro selling ceremony.
• Discuss fashion trends with clients and offer fashion and luxury market insights.
• Support store goals and contribute to business development.
• Build relationships with customers through CRM strategies.
• Contribute to visual merchandising and store aesthetics.
• Assist with product replenishment and stock inventory.
• Maintain grooming standards in line with Etro policies.
