Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella in Florence is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Via Tornabuoni Store to uphold the brand’s heritage while driving sales and exceptional client service.

You will support the Store Manager in leading the sales, operations, and security teams, ensuring showroom excellence and compliance with corporate standards. The role requires at least 5 years in luxury/beauty retail and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Proven experience in retail management or a comparable position.
• 5+ years as an assistant store manager in luxury/beauty/fashion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and decisive decision-making.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist the Store Manager in leading sales, operations and security teams.
• Drive KPIs through cross-selling and product knowledge.
