Dr. Vranjes Firenze in Torino is seeking a Store Manager to lead the boutique team and elevate the client experience while driving sales performance.

You will mentor staff, uphold brand standards, and coordinate with the head office to deliver a premium, seamless luxury shopping journey. The role requires 3-5 years in luxury or premium retail leadership, fluent Italian and English, and proficiency with POS systems and retail software.

Competenze

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role in luxury or premium retail.
Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
Proficient with digital tools, POS systems, and retail management software.
Strong and demonstrable commercial acumen.

Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet store targets.
Act as Brand Ambassador to attract new clients and build loyalty in the local market.
