Dr. Vranjes Firenze is opening a new Torino boutique and seeks a Store Manager to lead the team and deliver a luxury client experience. You will coach staff, manage operations, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment that celebrates Italian elegance and olfactory excellence.

You will report to the Head Office, oversee stock, VM, and clienteling activities while ensuring brand standards and exceptional service across all interactions.

Competenze

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role in luxury or premium retail.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient with digital tools, POS systems, and retail management software.

Mansioni

• Lead and coach the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.
• Act as Brand Ambassador, attract new customers, and build strong client relationships.
• Monitor KPIs (ATV, UPT, Conversion Rate) and implement commercial strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Oversee boutique operations, stock management, and visual merchandising to ensure best-in-class presentation.
• Plan local events with Retail to boost community engagement and store performance.
