Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella is seeking a Client Advisor in Florence to deliver a premium luxury shopping experience. You will meet personal sales targets, maintain brand heritage knowledge, and support store performance while building lasting relationships with Clients.

Responsibilities include leveraging product ranges, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with colleagues.

Competenze

• At least 2/3 years of sales experience; luxury retail/beauty preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build enduring client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays; English proficiency required.

Mansioni

• Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets monthly and yearly.
• Follow Store Manager guidance and monitor store performance.
• Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge and heritage.
