Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella in Florence seeks a Client Advisor passionate about luxury beauty, ready to become the custodian of the brand's heritage and visions guiding the client through an unforgettable luxury shopping experience.

You will drive personal sales, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting relationships with Clients while collaborating with the store team and managing omni‑channel interactions.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, luxury retail or beauty.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.

• Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets monthly and annually.
• Follow Store Manager guidance on business strategies and store performance.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Provide superior customer service with in-depth product knowledge and brand heritage.
• Maximize cross-selling across product ranges.
• Place clients first by offering friendly, professional assistance and addressing needs.
• Collect client information using CRM to engage and build relationships for future development
• Implement the Brand Selling Ceremony to ensure client satisfaction
• Support Omni Channel approach in daily operations
• Stay updated on beauty trends and competitive landscape
• Maintain product presentation per Santa Maria Novella guidelines
• Assist in daily store management and keep stockroom tidy
• Adhere to stock, cash handling, logistics, and head office reporting policies
