Sephora Firenze Santa Maria Novella is seeking a Beauty Advisor to greet customers, provide personalized consultations, and build lasting relationships. You will support daily store operations, manage stockroom activities, and work with the team to meet store targets.

• Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
• Contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
• Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
• Collaborate with colleagues within and beyond the organization to foster a positive team spirit.
