Borgo Pignano Florence, a luxury Relais & Châteaux property near Florence, seeks a skilled Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in a refined setting.

Responsibilities include setting up the bar, crafting cocktails, maintaining stock, ensuring accuracy in orders and billing, and upholding hygiene and service standards throughout the shift. The position offers a 14-month fixed-term contract with dining discounts at sister properties.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality or high-end dining.
• AIBES or IBA or similar certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English; other languages are advantageous.

Mansioni

• Serve guests following the hotel's standards for beverage quality and presentation.
• Set up the bar at the start of operations and maintain supplies.
• Process drink orders accurately and ensure proper billing.
• Prepare cocktails according to the standard manual with precise measurements.
• Maintain bar stock, report discrepancies, and keep the area secure.
• Uphold hygiene, health and safety regulations and participate in training.
