Job summary

Castello di Casole, A Belmond property, is seeking a Pool Attendant for the 2026-2027 seasons in Toscana. You will assist guests courteously according to Belmond standards and anticipate their needs.

Responsibilities include keeping the pool area clean, arranging furniture, coordinating with other departments, and communicating effectively to ensure exceptional service. Fluency in English and Italian and Lifeguard certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Lifeguard Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests courteously and efficiently according to Belmond standards.
• Anticipate guests’ needs.
• Keep pool station clean at all times and ensure pool furniture is neatly arranged and cleaned.
