Racing Cargo is seeking an entry-level logistics professional to join its operations team in Italy. The role focuses on learning import/export documentation and end-to-end freight operations while contributing to daily logistics tasks on site.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and Italian and a keen interest in the freight forwarding industry, with a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.

• Good written and spoken communication in English and Italian.

• Prepare, coordinate and handle all documentation for freight operations (bill of lading, invoice, COO).
• Interact with international agents to promote and strengthen business relationships.
• Maintain constant communication with suppliers and customers.
• Assist in day-to-day logistics operations and process improvements.

Key Contribution

• Prepare, coordinate and handle all documentation for freight operations such as bill of lading, invoice and COO, etc.
• Participate in the Interaction with international Agents, promoting and strengthening good business relationships
• Constant communication with suppliers and customers
• Assist in the day-to-day logistics operations
