A logistics company in Siziano, Italy, is seeking a Logistics Assistant. This role involves coordinating equipment delivery, managing inventory, and performing various warehouse tasks. Ideal candidates have a background in logistics or customer service, are flexible with hours, and possess strong Microsoft Office skills. The position requires physical labor and is fully on-site with no remote options.

• Provide general administrative support, including managing delivery notes, processing invoices, coordinating venue bookings, and handling incoming/outgoing parcels.
• This is a fully on-site role, based in Siziano, Italy and does not offer remote or agile working arrangements.

· Coordinate the collection, staging, and dispatch of both technical and non-technical equipment, as well as production supplies, from the WBD Warehouse

· Organize and track deliveries to and from Olympic competition and non-competition venues

· Perform hands-on warehouse tasks including packing, wrapping pallets, loading, and unloading trucks

· Accompany delivery drivers on runs to various Olympic sites, including competition venues, national houses, and studios

· Assist with equipment sourcing by researching and contacting local suppliers in Italy

· Monitor and manage inventory using the WBD asset tracking system

· Provide general administrative support, including managing delivery notes, processing invoices, coordinating venue bookings, and handling incoming/outgoing parcels

· This is a fully on-site role, based in Siziano, Italy and does not offer remote or agile working arrangements

Desired Skills and Experience:

· While full training is provided, previous experience in logistics, scheduling, or customer service—particularly within large sporting events—is a strong advantage

· Flexible and willing to work long hours, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays

· Prepared to work in a warehouse environment and carry out physical tasks

· Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and a good sense of humour

· Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· A valid driving licence is an asset
