Racing Cargo in Milano invites an entry level logistics professional to join our operations team. You will learn how to prepare and coordinate freight documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and COOs, while supporting end-to-end shipments.

Ideal candidates show motivation to learn, and possess strong English and Italian communication skills. This role offers exposure to international trade and diverse suppliers and customers within a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Competenze

• Entry level candidate with interest in logistics and freight forwarding.
• Excellent communication in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Prepare, coordinate and handle all documentation for freight operations such as bill of lading, invoice and COO.
• Interact with international agents to promote and strengthen business relationships.
• Maintain constant communication with suppliers and customers.
• Assist in day-to-day logistics operations.

We are seeking for a motivated entry level logistics professional for our logistics operational team, someone looking to learn about import and export shimpent's documentarion and end to end operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Motivated and interested to learn about logistics and freight forwarding industry
• Good communication both in English and Italian

Key Contribution:

• Prepare, coordinate and handle all documentation for freight operations such as bill of lading, invoice and COO, etc.
• Participate in the Interaction with international Agents, promoting and strengthening good business relationships
• Constant communication with suppliers and customers
• Assist in the day-to-day logistics operations
