Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years in logistics with focus on quality and P&L impact.
• Proven cost reductions and efficiency improvements in complex logistics.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL/Python/Excel and BI tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for executives.
• Experience leading multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and warehousing operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics operations to identify pain points, costs, and inefficiencies.
• Develop initiatives to reduce damage, improve delivery accuracy, and speed.
