Maison Valentino in Milan, Lombardy, Italy, is seeking a Transformation Project Coordinator to drive Supply Chain and Inventory transformation initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, support SOP deployment, and ensure timely delivery of seasonal initiatives across the business functions.

The role focuses on accelerating decision-making, managing trade-offs in planning and operations, and shaping roadmaps with IT and business stakeholders.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering with focus on Management, Industrial, Supply Chain preferred.
• Fluent English required; professional communication skills in English.
• Proven project management, change management or supply chain improvement experience.

Mansioni

• Facilitate execution of transformation initiatives across Supply Chain.
• Coordinate activities, timelines and project milestones across programs.
• Act as a catalyst for cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment among functions.
• Drive governance activities: planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Support SOP deployment and Inventory War Room governance and continuous improvement.
• Identify trade-offs across planning, inventory, operations, logistics and commercial priorities.
