EssilorLuxottica in Italy is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Logistics Flow Engineer to design, implement, and optimize procedures and equipment in the production pipeline. You will research automation techniques, test new systems for efficiency, and plan factory layouts to maximize output.

You will manage inventory, process orders, and define material flow infrastructure to reduce indirect costs and improve transportation efficiency in a dynamic Veneto environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or similar environments (e.g., Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer).
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to build excellent relationships and work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
• Interest in digitalization and information technologies.

• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with laws and regulations.
• Analyze production data and provide reports with data and insights for future requirements (OEE, cycle time, balancing).
• Review labor, material and other production costs and assist management decisions.
• Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space to improve efficiency.
